High tide in NY Harbor is about 4 p.m. In Massachusetts it's close to that.

a rather simple suggestion....one day go over to the beach and look at the water, if you live close to it keep coming back until the sand is slightly wet a little higher than the water. that means the tide is going out and was high about 25 minutes ago...take down that time and tomorrow, the tide will be high about 1 hour later than it was today....this cycle never ends so it is a reliable one...

if "cape code" is a place on a sea or ocean YES IT WILL HAVE A HIGH TIDE & A LOW TIDE
