Do you mean proud of practising one's Christian faith in the protestant tradition or of being proud to carry a label but having no knowledge of what that label is?

I used to be... when I was very young
then I realised , I knew nothing about being a protestant other than what I had been raised to believe
I didnt even realise that Catholics were Christians also , and that the segregation and hate was stupid
it ended when my family were told not to attend a life long friends funeral because it was being held in a chapel

Proud - no.

Glad, yes.

I am glad that I have a relationship with Jesus. I am thankful I found a church that believes the entire Bible, and teaches you how to plug in.

"Religion" without a relationship is dead. It can get you killed and damned to Hell quicker than you can say "John Brown".

YES<3
I was born into my Baptist religion. My family went to church every Sunday together. Its sooo LONG & Boring especially since i barely kno da language. But i love it. We still go to church & we dont sit 2gether anymore, but we still go. There are many programs at my church like Sunday school, & my dad being a treasure, & my brother bein da drummer sometimes & me & my lil bro are da "helpers" 2 watch da lil kids & my mommy used 2 giv food, So we dont allways get 2 be near each other.

But in church, bein der for for so long, almost all of us feel like family, gonin to church & learnin everything I did, made me who i am & gave me wat i hav 2day. God's allways taking care of me. My church isnt da perfect place or have da better of people, but no where & no one is.

I cant say much about da actual religion cuz i havent learned everything yet, but i still love Baptist...ism if dats wats it called XP ~sorry for rambling at da top.~
