Does your question imply intention?
See, I don't believe in some vast cosmic plan which might possibly go 'wrong'. (Well, I'm sorry but I don't!)
I believe, and I've kinda had intimations of this, that it's far more like a sort of huge wriggling dance in which every move and every gyration that every participant makes turns out to be just the most perfect one possible.
As one of the Zen masters said, "What can possibly go wrong?"
Sorry, what was the question again? (Poor old soul)
Oh, yes - absolutely!

Being where we are supposed to be, there's no question about it; Yes; " no errors or mistakes, at any given time? " is a completely different question that we either will never know or not know until we die, or, perhaps, not know until some phaze coming after the phaze that comes after we die; not necessarily another human or animal life on earth, although, can you just slightly imagine coming back to earth after you die, as a beetle? Not Beatle, that would be great, unless you were John, I mean, beetle the bug, not the car. Think of how small the activity of synapses would be and how you would "feel" and 'think" about who you are; this could be comparable to being of human mind in another dimension, perhaps one that doesn't interact with our universal dimensions. To make a long story not so long: there is no way of actually knowing if this life that we have to live the way it is, has not come from our very own or something else's mistake. We don't really know if we will survive our death, but for the sake of argument, let's say we do: can you try to imagine eternity? This little life that we think is everything wouldn't be worth thinking about once it's gone, unless as others have pointed out, we have assigned these sometimes pathetic circumstances because they will teach us an important lesson that we may need to progress somewhere we really want to be, or need to be; prerequisites we have to cover. They may be something we should have covered already, but we didn't, so here we are on earth "suffering" because of some cosmic mistake.
So this issue of ",,,mistakes, at any given time?" could not be addressed with any knowledge, unless you're a ghost.

Yes, quite right!
Those who will blatantly disregard this idea, and say "That is NOT true!"... Even they are where they are supposed to be, no errors or mistakes!
One thing I have come to realize is that, most of the time, those who deny this idea, are those that listen to others, rather than themselves.
Right now, I am at work... And, if my boss were to see me answering a few questions here on Y!A, he would probably tell me... "You are not doing what you are supposed to be doing! You're in error! You've made a mistake!"
But I know better! And, I would retort... "Hah! I am exactly where I am supposed to be, doing exactly what I am supposed to do, and you can't stop me!"
Ok ok... So I'd totally get fired, huh?...
But, then again, that would be right where I was supposed to be! (If, of course, that is what were to come to pass!)
But, as I am sure you know... I am just giving examples of the string of choices that one can choose to take within this life. None of them are wrong; and you're right, there are no errors or mistakes in where these choices lead us... as each experience is, as someone above me said, a lesson to be learned.
My lesson, if I were to be fired, would be... "Ok, so maybe I shouldn't have made the choice to be answering questions here on Y!A during work!" But, that is one heck of a valid lesson that would be exactly the lesson I was supposed to learn at that moment in my life.
BUT, it would still be up to me to take from that lesson, and make different choices in the future... or not. All of it, still, IS exactly right where I am supposed to be!
Much Love!

Yes. No doubt about it from this quadrant. ;-)))
All I can tell you is that a few years ago this might have seemed like a pleasant if somewhat platitudinous concept.
Now, with the perspective of a few years of Earth time in this monkey suit, it is very, very clear to me. If I look 'back' down the line ( sometimes I prefer the words 'consciousness chain' ) of this existence, every single event, no matter how 'great' or 'small', simply had to be so, in order for me to be 'where' I am now.
And 'where' I am now is exactly the 'right' 'place' for me ....'now'. :-)))
I have developed the strong view, which I try to share with others as much as possible that perceived 'Life' is actually just a chain of decisions, and, for some of us, making some of those decisions can be rather difficult, some even try to avoid taking them at all.
Relax, take whichever 'course' seems the best, or at worst, the least undesirable, and 'know' that we can never take a 'wrong' decision, because we are simply always doing exactly what we are supposed to be doing, no matter how bizarre that might seem from moment to moment.
As one answerer stated above though, this should not be interpreted as meaning that we have no 'power' over our unfolding experience ( fate ), nor that we should just sit back and do nothing, although sometimes 'doing nothing' can represent a very positive 'action' as well. :-)))

LOL. There have been plenty of times I wished I was somewhere else. For example, right now I'm sitting in the Orlando Airport waiting a Ted cattle-car flight home to Denver. I know it's the price I pay for the job I have, and it's the price I pay if I want to get home. But I sure don't feel at this moment like this is exactly where I ought to be! Much rather be on my meditation cushion at home!!!

this question supposes the possibility of everything being written and predestined. but if this was the case then psychics would be far more accurate than chance, or cold reading.
but it is correct due to everything/one being where they are as it is the course everyone took, so it doesn't matter (it the confines of this question not ethics or morality) if we are doing honest things or immoral things it is no matter what the path we took in life that brought us here at this moment.
everything is as it is and it can not be changed so morality doesn't enter in to what we are doing morality only enters into what we are doing after the act is started or before the act is started (including thoughts) so their are no mistakes, or errors in the moment.

It depends upon from what perspective you look at things. People are always making mistakes and from a temporal point of view it might look like they are not where they are supposed to be. Also God allows us to make choices in this life, so again from a temporal point of view people may be in a place where it is not in God's perfect will for them to be.
But if you look at it from an eternal perspective, from the light of Romans 8:28 where it says that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose for their life. If you realize that God is sovereign over his creation and that He exists outside of the fourth dimension of time, then from that perspective there are no "mistakes" because God uses what we might consider to be mistakes in a plan that far exceeds our limited understanding.
It's like God has a purpose for every atom He created in this universe. There isn't anything that He made that was just an accident or that He made to sit around while He figured out if He wanted to use it for something or not.

You are always exploring the boundaries of your own awareness. This happens spontaneously through desire. Since you are creating your experiences in the process of exploring your boundaries, you can't help but be experiencing exactly that which leads you to transcend those boundaries.
Nobody has put you there for any purpose, and yet where you are is perfect.

Is it really about errors or mistakes or about choices. Where you are is an accumulation of choices and paths those choices have taken you. You are where you are supposed to be because you choose to be there.

Right errors, Right mistakes. Right place right time. Everything as it is, IS okay. All that was has lead to this part of my evolution and my surrender to cause and effect.
