Maybe the reason why kids are teasing you for being fat is because your young and already have a womanly figure. Most girls are twigs at this age and they don't understand. to me you sound perfectly normal just maybe grew faster then the other kids. My advice is to just eat healthy but don't become obsessive about it your young. Eat foods like chicken, fish, eggs, white/brown rice, oat meal, cereal, salads, fruit, yogurt. Stuff like that is good, but allow yourself things you really enjoy once in a while to. Being 14 i doubt you need much exercise, you probably already move around alot in the day. Probably just go for walks.

Take half an hours exercise each day in the form of fast walking or gentle running, swimming, cycling - whatever you prefer really.
Breakfast:
Muesli or wholegrain cereal
Fruit
Some yoghurt
Lunch:
Some lean meat such as chicken or cooked ham, pasta, sweetcorn, fruit, low fat cheese.
For snacks inbetween you can eat things like celery or carrot sticks, apples etc. If you're really hungry then try a wholegrain cereal bar. Bananas are a great for filling you up if you're really need something fast.
You should attempt to have a proper meal in the evening, but make sure that it's not loaded with fat.
Try not to eat after 6pm and give yourself a little treat each day such as a small bowl of ice cream or a couple of bits of chocolate.
Drink 8 glasses of water each day. You can also drink tea, fresh fruit juices and milk (for calcium).
Avoid at all costs = Soda (diet or otherwise) and 'junk' foods.
Take a decent quality multivitamin each day and take extra magnesium and chromium in order to stabilise your blood sugar levels and cut carbohydrate cravings. Don't cut your diary products too much or you'll deplete your calcium.
Start buying healthier alternatives such as wholemeal bread instead of white and wholegrain cereals instead of the sugary ones. Try to avoid foods with lots of additives in and hydrogenated vegetable oils.
Eat rice and pasta instead of potato chips. Eat as much veg as you can handle.
Don't starve yourself and it IS okay to eat if you're hungry - just make sure that it's the right things and don't turn to some junk food just for a 'quick fix' when desperate.
Do some research on the 'net about healthy and balanced diets - don't be tempted to follow a 'fad' diet or turn anorexic!
Join an exercise club or class and get fit with other people.
Remember that it's normal to gain a few pounds and have cravings when your period is due. Don't feel guilty for eating a little extra when you're 'due on'.

I havent got a clue about these kind of things but a good peice of advice i got of the tv, but is nomeans a "lead to a healthy lifestyle," just might help out is that if you are sitting infront of the tv or on the computer for long periods of time is try and fidget. I know you usually get told of fort things like that at school, but if you just quickly try and bounce ur leg up and down or tap your fingers for most of the day you can seriously burn about an extra 400 calories.
Just a little tip to help :]

Hey! I'm sorry to say - I don't know if this will help because I've been teased for the opposite reason - I'm skinny (but i do eat alot!! my brother has called me a pig! well, he is the same n so is my dad) I suggest drinking water, and exercising daily - oh and eating healthier things - salads, fish and salad, soup. etc. Sorry, hope this doesn't make you feel worse or doesn't help. By the way can you convert pounds to kgs?

Start. Start eating a healthy diet, it will help you lose weight and have a good complexion--absolutely NO fried foods, eat veggies, drink plenty of water, very little or no sodas. Exercise. Control your mind. Tell yourself you are enjoying doing your exercises and before you know it, you will be enjoying doing them. Get a sport. It can be anything. Tennis, badminton, track, softball, skateboarding, anything, and again tell yourself you are having fun doing it, you can control how you react to things. Love yourself. Good luck!
