Sounds like low blood pressure, or maybe low blood sugar, or both.
Drink LOTS of water spread out during the day, eat enough, and try to get up more slowly. If these things don't help, go to the dr. to get your blood pressure checked.
How old are you? These symptoms can be common in teens, when you are growing a lot. You might not be eating enough protein for the growth spurt you are going through. I teach high school, so I see that all the time.

have you been sick recently..such as a cold or flu-like or stomach virus symptoms? if so you could be dehydrated, that would explain the way you feel. When your blood volume is lower and you change positions like laying to sitting or sitting to standing it causes a drop in you blood pressure. this is called having a positive orthostatic B/P. you really need to consult your doctor and get a check -up. if thats it then treatment is simple....treat the underlying cause and fluid replacement but there is the risk that it may be something more serious. Good Luck.

Your blood pressure drops when you stand up too fast. Do it slowly. And get to a doctor.
