Your stool? If so your doctor should have given you a collection kit. A plastic 'hat' to collect stool and some wood sticks to transfer stool into a specimin cup which you bring to lab. Or any human stool? Use same method. Animal stool? Just look around outside for it and put in a cup.

There is a kit in the pharmacy that checks for blood in the stool, all you have to do is throw the analyis paper into the toilet, and if it turns a certain color, it means that you have blood in your stool.

Take an empty wide mouth bottle with you when you go to toilet in the morning. Collect, seal it and wrap it ina polythene bag or paper and then carry to the lab.

From wherever the thing you want analyzed defecates. Stool is poop. Find where it poops, then you'll find stool.

You should consult a doctor who will prescribe specific tests and will refer you to a Patho who will give you a collection Kit.

I am not sure if you want to examine it yourself at home or you want to do it for living and set up a lab.
Any way local laws vary so see a lawyer, if I am correct in assuming your intent.

And you can collect it thru specimen bottle that you can buy in drugstores. It should be sterile specimen bottle.
