The answer is, if relying on the intellect of Hamlet, is that things are so wretched in life that what's the point in peeing? However, although we might choose not to (because of all the wretchedness) something tells us to, because you know, after you've peed, things might just be better.
And so, as a wonderful analogy of life, I do agree that this SHOULD be the question

You have to pee whenever you have the urge. If you hold it too long- you might get a bladder or kidney infection.
