How do I organise a concert? I'm need to raise £3000 for the charity Raleigh International?

1) people to play in it
2) a room
3) to advertise it

... in what order should I do things? book a room and then ask people... or what?

I highly suggest you focus on something you know about ..

I assume you intend to take part in some charity event = in which case I suggest you focus on traditional Sponsorship .. (Concert organisation is best left to those who know what they are doing = get it wrong and it can actually end up costing up money :-) )
