hi. i want to cancel my mobile phone contract but im having problem. I have send three leters to the three company with each 30 days notice.
the first one they seid they didn't recieved.
the second it was an error instead of address 56 was 53.
the third they call me and seid is ok, when i come back from holiday i gave them a call. they seid there is no signature.thankyou for your help.

I had a three phone and it was a nightmare. Don't give up!

Send a final letter by recorded delivery make sure it goes to the correct address and is signed. State in the letter you are giving 30 days notice and have informed your bank to cancel all direct debits after the last payment is taken (ie the 4th of September). Wait until post office is saying it has been received, then ring them. Take the person's name who you are speaking to and tell them you wish to end your contract and you know they have received correspondence.
I know it sounds long winded but that was how i had to get out of my three contract.

send them a letter "proof of posting" from the post office, it does not cost any extra, then stop the direct debit by writing a letter to your bank with all relervant account numbers, and hand it in personaly

just walk into the service centre and speak to the person in charge to cancel it. this will save much hassle.
