I have a major problem. I haven't slept in like 3 days and my body like won't let me sleep for some reason. Now I'm like... hullucinating!!The first night I couldn't sleep so I took an adderall to make me stay up all the rest of the day so I could sleep that night. Well then, my sister invited me to go to a guys house and hang out with them and we just hung out there all night and didn't sleep. And this morning I took another adderall to keep me up till tonite to make me sleep tonite and it just didn't work. I'm tired but I just.. can't go to sleep. It's probably because of this darn computer. I can't drag myself away from it. I really need help.

Quit taking the drugs to force your body to stay awake! If you give yourself a chance for the Adderall to get out of your system completely, then do all those things that make you sleepy, your body will naturally take over and you'll sleep.

Your Best Bet would to be to stop using the pills.
If you happen to sleep during the day its better then not at all. simply do things to keep your self busy during the day,
like clean, shop, cook anything to keep you away from sleeping during the day and it will tire you out and change your sleeping sched.
i use to stay up all night and sleep all day but with school coming i decided to stay up all night and day and then go to bed a night time, it was hard but now my sched is back and i go to sleep bfore two and wake up before seven

This can be serious! If your body doesn't get the sleep it needs, your organs will begin to shut down and you will develop serious health issues. Consult a Physcian right away as well as a sleep clinic for help.

take a shower, get in comfertable clothes get something to eat and watch a movie you have already seen so you dont want to stay up to see the end, and just let yourself get real sleepy

dont take drugs and u would be fine for a while u will not feel well but after that u will become normal but dom=nt take drugs
