I believe it is possible that cushing syndrome is hereditary, there are other possible causes but if you are worried that you baby will have cushing syndrome then through hereditary if you baby's daddy also has then it's a good chance the baby will too but if not than probably the baby will be a carrier

I would recommend asking your endocrinologist and OB/GYN as well. They will be able to best tell you how much of an effect the meds you need to be on could affect the developing fetus.
