what i know is not the country but the island whose dont have snake just north pole, i dont know why probably they scare of Santa.
but you can find it in antarctica though.
i;ve been in iceland and other country that you mentions and believe me they have snake.
but also snake habitat is very rarely find in Canada or north russia,that because snakes has to maintain their bodyheat.
