PVPS (Post Vasectomy Pain Syndrome) is very rare. It is thought to be psychological. In real cases it is caused by the surgeon getting in a hurry, and causing scar tissue. There is no real health risk, and it can be easily treated.
I had mine done 20 years ago. I never experienced any pain. I am very physically active (hiking, biking, etc).

It sounds like it's just them. But it usually take a man 3-4 mins to climax and takes a woman about a half hour. So it depends on what you guys are doing and how new they are to sexual actives. The newer they are the fast ejaculate and if they have PE(premature ejacualtion) problems that could be another reason. It's very common with teenage guys has to do with self-esteem and it they masturbate to much. If anything let them do the work first get you going first then when your ready you take your turn. Also tease them...start and stop a couple of times.

I have never heard of it, though that means little.
As a vasoligation is done,I don't know what could be causing the pain! The vas are no longer connected or involved in an ejaculation. He could have epididymitis, however I would wait and see what an Md, says as all is pure speculation!
Medscape says: An analysis of 4,253 procedures showed that the complication rates with NSV were surprisingly low: two small hematomas (0.047%), three painful nodules (0.07%), three wound infections (0.07%), and two vasal fistulae. The mean surgical time of NSV was 9.5 minutes"
!8% complained of scrotal pain, with 2.2% saying it effected there sex life! However, this was not during ejaculation!
Good you are seeing an Md!

I had some pain while jogging, that showed up about a year after I got mine. It went away. I think this is just a passing thing that gets better on its own.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?9inA
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
