the company is required by law to keep your credit cards details on file for credit reference etc so you dont hav no chance of getting the information removed. if you believe the information they have is not correct ask for a copy and if in fact the information is not correct, inform them the information is wrong and then they are legally obliged to remove.
but under normal conditions you cannot get the credit information removed, mainly because the information on file is the information other companies use in the event of you applying for credit again, and thye require this to make a informed decision on you can have credit or not

NO. They don't need to do anything.
You have no rights over what personnel information is held on their computers providing they obtained the information in a legal method. You may have some say however in how they use that information. Depends on the circumstances, which you did not post. Why?
My guess is you owe them money or they are a credit refference agency. Am I right?

They do not have to remove anything and if this is from one of those clear your credit report scams forget about it, it won't happen.
