Yes. When something is referred to as "man-eating," it is referring to humans in general. They would eat us no matter what the gender.
However, this term is very misleading. It makes it sound like these sharks have a main diet of humans. They don't. The sharks eat very little humans. Often, humans cause the attacks by swimming or surfing out into the deeper ocean. If humans stay out of the sharks' part of the ocean, they should be fine.
