I dont' know but some people, if they dont' agree with the question report it. A bunch of wimpy soft pansys that need to report how it feels to get the back of my hand!

Yeah CBJ is right, we should have more freedom, BUT some of the jokes in the jokes and riddles section are just plain horrendous and evil and offensive!! These awful posts should be removed because they're put there just to sicken and offend people, not to make a valid point or encourage people's opinions.
Oh and in response to your question, I think they investigate each report but decide themselves whether it should be taken down...I'm sure some people report questions out of spite :-)

YESS! I'M FAMOUS! outed as a trollpatrol member, battling the filth, XXX avs and the racists on Y!A.. oh, do fogive me! you like that kind of thing? visit another site, then! go play on DIZZAY or an adult site. I'm against the abuse of Y!A by those who would expose kids to such filth. if you're with me on this, go to childcare.gov and link them to the filth being posted on Y!A. one such vile user lived within 15 miles of me, and the local authorities found him on parole as a registered sex offender. got a warrant, opened his PC to find kiddy porn there.
if you think posting filth on Y!A is fun, we will chase tou down and do whatever's in our powers to put you out of business.

I think community censorship is wrong, we need to hear the unpopular opinions as well, if for no other reason than to make us feel better about our opinions...

supposedly if you report it, they look into it... if it has multiple reports, it moves faster & you could face deletion.
