The raiders will get credit for the 37 yards not 22 since they gained 37.

They will just start the next play 15 yards back and it should be 1st and 25 if the penalty was actually called after the play ended.

For "dead-ball" fouls such as unsportsmanlike contact or unneccessary roughness, the Raiders would have gained 37 yards but the ball would be placed 15 yards back from where the play ended and it would be 1st and 25.

22 cant be right, it depends what the call was for, if it was holding they they lost the 37 yards and went back 15 from where the line of scrimage was, if it was unsportsmen like conduct then 22 might be right, tell me if this helps, i can explain any other question u have
