How can you make Arm veins more vivid?

What can you do?
This would be helpful, any way

i know they become more vivid by working out, and cutting off circulation but... are there other ways?

i have noticed that people who are thin usually have arm veins that show more. I wouldn't suggest cutting off the circulation though, not very clever idea

Why do you want to know? Bulging veins are ugly.
