By 2x do you mean 2 cards in SLI mode?
If so, then your choices are a bit odd. The reason to use SLI mode is for maximum performance, but why put low-end budget cards on an expensive SLI motherboard?
The 8500 is horribly slow, don't bother with that. And why the 7600gs instead of 7600gt? The price difference is maybe $15, but there's a big jump in speed.
In this general price range, 2x 7600GT offers the best performance. If you spend a little more, 2x 8600GT is even better.
But I wouldn't touch the 8500GT with a ten foot pole...

If the 2X stands for SLI,
Go for Geforce 8500 GT.
But it would be a better to invest a little and Go for XFX Geforce 8800 GTS (320 mb) XXX edition. Superb Performance than the choice you are offering
The Core Frequency 580 Mhz
Memory clocked at 1800 Mhz
340 Bit memory bandwidth
Will take your gaming experience to the next level
They even comes with a 2 year warranty .
This 8800 Gt also comes with a 640 MB version with all the same specs.
If you have a bigger monitor than 17" and play games at high detail and at high resolution, you should conside the 640 Mb.
At 1600x1200 and lower, the 320MB GTS is more than capable of delivering the kind of gaming experience you have been dreaming of since the 8800’s launched, but could not afford. For those gaming at 1920x1200 you should consider the 640MB GTS or the 8800 GTX if you do not already have one.
As a conclusion you are the one who have to make the final decision

2x 8500gt the 7600gs could possibly get better clock speeds, but they wont be too different, the 8500gt will be ready for the next generation games, and can play in direct x 10, if you have windows vista.
