I do ultrasounds all the time, and there are many reasons you cannot see the ovaries
- non distended bladder
- too small
- too much bowel in the way
- tumor or mass of the bladder or uterus/ovaries obstructing
- probably fibroids (or uterine masses) are the most common causes of non visualization

If you are concerned they can give you a CT scan which can check out the ovaries without all of the other stuff getting in the way. Unfortunately ultrasound is limited in what it can image, and any calcification or air will limit penetration

If you are 50 or over it is very common that the ovaries won't be seen on ultrasound, because they are too small.

Lots of variables could prevent ovaries from being seen during ultrasound. 1) ovaries are very small (a good thing) 2) view blocked by intestines (common) 3) the quality of sonographers equipment & skill

The only way to tell if you have cancer is with a biopsy of the tumor.

You have asked these identical questions numerous times. Go to a doctor as the answers you need will never be found here.

If the tumours were clearly visible, but not the ovaries, this would be a likely exlpanation.

If neither were visible, then further testing would certainly be neded.
