The tooth is the only part of the human body that can't repair itself and tooth enamel is the hardest of all substances manufactured by the human body. Each tooth contains about 55 miles of canals for a total of over 1700 miles. There are 20 baby teeth and 32 adult teeth. False teeth are often radioactive. Approximately 1 million Americans wear some form of denture; half of these dentures are made of a porcelain compound laced with minute amounts of uranium to stimulate fluorescence. Without the uranium additive, the dentures would be a dull green color when seen under artificial light. If you are right-handed, you will tend to chew your food on the right side of the mouth. If you are left-handed, you will tend to chew your food on the left. A pack-a-day smoker will loose approximately 2 teeth every 10 years.

The only tissue in the human body, that I know of, that cannot heal itself is brain tissue and/or cells. This is why people ask someone who went drinking enough to pass out the night before how many brain cells did they kill. However, even if part of the network of our brain is damaged, sometimes it can "re-wire" itself. Not really growing new tissue and cells, instead just working around the damaged areas if at all possible to regain some functionality. Of course, severe enough injury and damage cannot be worked around.

I believe there are many parts that cannot repair themselves. Brain, tooth enamel, your eyes, etc. Some can partially repair, like the lungs of a smoker, your heart if you start eating right. But for instance if you chop off part of your finger it will not come back.

as far as i know its the brain that cannot repair o heal on its own.. maybe because its the command center of the body and controls all the bodily processes and i have actually observed some people who do not fully recover or rarely recover from brain injuries.. and i also heard that once a part of your brain has been chunked off it never grows back.. i mean in does not produce anymore tissues..

not only part ,cuz there r lots of parts such as "spinal cord,brain,eye,...etc".
every part or organ in our bodies which contain nervous cells cannot repair itself, cuz nervous cells don't contain cenrioles (the organelle that is responsible of division of cells 2 repair or reproduce).
that's y when u get paralyzed u cannot move anymore becuz cells in ur spinal cord damaged & didn't got repaired cuz they cant even with chemo-therapy or ray-therapy or anything else.
