when u travel in a car or in a ac coach and if ur mobile phone doesn't receive signal properly is it mean glass becomes a hinderence for signals? even if ur in a coverage area,?

If you know where the antenna is and can position yourself so it is in line of sight through the glass - no problem. But a moving vehicle constantly changes that and metal does interfere. Usually, in an urban environment, there are enough towers that it doesn't matter.

no it isn't. the signal is being traffic in some circumstances like if your in the place where big buildings are. just like when you pass under tunnels.
