I am so weird. I started wearing make up in 4th grade. My parents got me this little girl's make up kit one year when I was like 5 or 6 with all of the stuff (lips, eyes, cheeks, etc. but like little girl version) and I learned how to be good with make up. I have been experimenting with it ever since.
So I guess you could wear all 3 maybe around like 11 or 12. I didn't wear serious make up in 4th grade, maybe like lip gloss and a little blush. In 5th I got more serious and I used to use a little of my babysitting money to buy one or two items. At school I would maybe wear a little eyeliner and mascara, a nude colored gloss or lipstick and some cream blush.
I am such a nerd. I talk way too much. All you were asking was a simple question... Oh, well. I wish you the best of luck on your make up journey.

Clear lipgloss can be worn as young as 8, really. If it has a tint to it, hold off until about 13. As for eyeliner & mascara? I didn't start with that stuff until 14 & that was just experimental! Bottom line, I'll say 14 years old. Just don't overdo it.

Lipgloss is okay for about eleven years old. Putting on a bit of eyeliner is fine for twelve. Mascara i'd say start at about 13 otherwise you look ridiculous

lip gloss whenever. eye stuff? 7th-8th grade....but not earlier. you might think it looks cute, but you'll just look trashy if you are the only one wearing it. I am a senior, and i hate seeing 6th graders wearing loads of make-up. if you want to wear make-up, you'll look great with some sweet lipgloss, maybe a bit of bronzer or blush just to add subtle sparkle. leave the eyeliner and mascara alone for now.

Y must u know?! U can wear lipgloss pretty young cos its mainly like sheer or not that noticable. Whenever u feel comfortable with the other stuff that said under 13 is a bit young for it.

i'm 14 my mom won't enable me yet individually, if i became into allowed i could follow purely mascara . youthful human beings these days are maturing incredibly without delay. human beings start up donning make up in 6th grade. the common factor is they placed on purely mascara and probably commencing place or some thing in seventh grade, then they use further and extra as they grow old, yet do no longer over do stuff via fact it purely looks undesirable. i assume 8th grade (the commencing up of highschool the place I stay) is an incredible start up.

i started wearing eye makeup when i was 12....but i skipped a grade, and i started when most of the girls in my class did...so i would say around 13 is a good age for eye makeup. I started wearing lipgloss when i was like....8

About 13 I would say. Colourless lipgloss you can put on whatever age, just not too much.
