I want to know what the area is like to buy real estate. The type of people who live there. The social life and bar scene. The food scene. The activities available on the beach for adults and/or children. The age group of beach visitors.
I'm hoping locals from the Jersey shore anwer this question.

i live in delaware. not sure about the stats for nj but i recommend contact the chamber of commerce for the areas you are looking at for statistics. they will probly send you relocation packets with info on dining, entertainment, nightlife etc... pretty much whatever you ask for...
contact the police for the crime states.

Try Ocean County. But bring plenty of money if you are planning to buy real estate at the Jersey Shore.
