I suppose since nothng will show, you could skip the panties. As a practical person, I would advise wearing panties because the area that is being covered could secrete certain fluids or smells, and the panties could keep you from being embarrassed.

umm, well you probably should, usually skirts don;t show underwear lines,and if thats your concern, wear a thong...but yes deffinately wear underwaer,its just more healthy haha =]]

YES! Its much more hygienic and that way you may not have to wash them everytime your wear them.

Yes you do, that's why the are call underwear, and beside they will protect you from any die from the leggings and from infections.
