Yes, you can get pregnant with pre-ejaculation fluid. There are some sperm in the fluid. I would highly suggest using some form of protection (condoms, spermicides, birth control, etc).
Even with the pull-out method, in the heat of the moment, he can still ejaculate a little before getting completely out. Even too, if he does ejaculate on the outside of your vagina, you can still risk the possiblity of getting pregnant. Unless you want a jack-off baby, I'd just stick to birth-control for vaginal penetration.

The "pull and pray" method is not effective. There is sperm present in pre-cum. I have a friend who just got pregnant while using the pull out method, but I don't know the full circumstances of it because obviously I wasn't there. It is unlikely, but it happens. Most of the sperm that enters the vagina is actually killed instantly, most never make it near the eggs.

Ill assume the blanked out pre cum is refering to pre ejaculatory fluid. yes it is possible to become pregnant from pre cum though its is not definate just as pregnancy after having unprotected sex (ejeculation) is not definate. If you are having unprotected sex but stopping before ejaculation you are still putting your self at risk of pregnancy. If you do not want a pregnancy i suggest you use condoms during foreplay and sex and go on the pill.

Pre-cum, more correctly known as pre-ejaculatory fluid, may contain sperm
It is dependant on the individual how concentrated these sperm are, and if they are motile or not.
This affects the pregnancy risk.
So there is no hard and fast rule, but there IS a risk, both of pregnancy and STD's.
USE A CONDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's very rare but it can happen since pre-*** contains sperm...not a lot of sperm...but hey, it only takes 1 sperm to fertilize an egg.
My parents got pregnant with me by using the pulling out method...so it's not effective birth control.

There are sperm present in the pre-+++, so yes you can become pregnant even if there is no full ejaculation. Pulling out right before does not prevent pregnancy, if that's why you are asking.

it doesnt matter how high, there is ALWAYS a chance unless hes sterile. if youre having sex be responsible and use birth control every time. you can get them free at planned parenhood if youre too cheap to buy them. if youre embarassed about buying BC, you shouldnt be having sex plain and simple. dont chance bring an unwanted child into the world.
