and the radiographer cannot see the ovaries on the screen does this mean that the tumour has blocked the view like I mean did it cover the overies so the overis could not be seen? I heard from a medical officer just before that most of the time the tumor blocks the veiw from the overies. I need your opinion please. Any advice would be appreciated.

Lots of variables could prevent ovaries from being seen during ultrasound. 1) ovaries are very small (a good thing)
2) view blocked by intestines (common)
3) the quality of sonographers equipment & skill

The only way to tell if you have cancer is with a biopsy of the tumor.

If they could see the tumours but not the ovaries, then this is possible.

If neither could be seen then further testing is required, probably starting with a vaginal ultrasound.
