those times when I'm mad and the word is out of control... I always try not to say any word when I'm mad cause I'll regret it at the end and it will cause pain to the person...

ALL the time. Then I bang my head on a wall, and tell myself how how stuoid i am, and to get a grip (of course, thats when i'm alone. Im not crazy enought to do that in front of peple, yet!)

loads and a lot of the time even after i dont realise i shouldnt have,,,,most of the time ill say something and then realise people probably are guna take it up in a different more insulting way then i mean!!
