I'm compiling a list of films for a paper I'm going to write, and I don't know what studio to credit a movie to. I don't have access to any of them at the moment, but am trying to get this list together for myself. Typically the studio's logo plays at the beginning of the movie -- is there any online resource I can use that will tell me which studio made a movie? IMDB lists several for all the movies, it seems, and Wikipedia only tells me the distributor. If anyone knows where I can find it on those sites (if I'm just missing it) or of another online resource, that would be very helpful. Thanks!

On IMDB, if you do a search on a particular film, on the left side of the screen is a link to "Company credits". This will open a window with the list of Production Co.'s, distribution co.'s and other co.'s associated with the film.

Few studios make moves anymore due to the legal break up of the studio empires. They are now done by production companies and the more money needed the more production companies used. The images you now see at the begining are not the studio. Those are the production companies and the distributors.
