The company has not asked my friend to sign any bond or pay to pay money in any form in advance. The company has only asked my friend to take care of the VISA charges if any. There is no website for this company in internet. Please help!

I would strongly suggest your friend to authenticate this offer first before proceeding. Because many offers originated from Nigeria are related to scam. Take care, don't lose money.

I could swing by next time I'm on VI, but ... even if it exists, it doesn't mean that the job offer is real.
Job offers (coming out of the blue) are too good to be true because they're hoaxes. They'll either try to maky your friend make an "advance payment" or to handle a cheque (which will bounce) for them.

y your Friend was the 1 to get the job out of 300 million Nigerians?
who will pay her/his medical aid benefits?
who will take his/her passport "just for stamping in the immigration office''?
think about all that BEFORE going to Nigeria the land of the scamers
