That would be true, but you are not considering other places that hair grows and an employer who wants to perform a hair test can take it from another location. It is invasive and I do not agree with it, but if you don't shave your hair from all of the places that it grows, they will get a sample from wherever it is.

The whole drug test thing is no less that someone coming into your house and inspecting it. If you do not do drugs at work, then who cares? You can't eliminate millions of people from jobs just because they smoke pot or some other occasional usage. Alcohol was at one time illegal and we all know what happened with that.

I was at a group interview for a job that required a hair test. There was one woman who had hair that was no less that 12 inches long. What she did 4 years ago shouldn't be an issue. At the same time, there was a bald guy and the interviewer said they could take samples from other places. The candidate stated that he was shaved not only on his head but everywhere else. We all laughed, but this invasive procedure is not fair.

I'm not shaving my head of my other parts and a simple urine sample should suffice; but even then it is not relevant to a job in my opinion. What you do on your own time is your business. Next thing employers will want to do is to install cameras in your house to see what you do when you are not at work. It is ridiculous.

dont so much. the bible just says your sins will find you out after all. So if you did drugs..yeah they will be in your hair, any hair. and if you shave completly everywhere...expect not to get the job cuz they knew you did drugs for sure then shaved, that or lose your job....ither way....screwed....


See boys and girls this is why you should never do drugs you get stressed out...something that can and dose take time off of your life, so not only do the drugs slowly get you...you also worry yourself more to death....

They can test other hair! How long have you been clean and how long until the test? Most places don't go back more than 6 mos.

Yeah if they want to know if you are doing drugs they will know, nothing you take or do will bypass this. Best policy is to avoid doing it if you expect any possibility of getting a test like this, also avoid poppy seeds they cause false positives.

No. Your hair fibers go further than what's shown on top....that's how your hair sticks to your head. It's all the same strand.

Assuming the drug is still in your bloodstream, I imagine so. If you haven't done the drug for thirty or so days, you shold be golden.

wrong on some drugs stay in yor system for uo to a year it leaches from your blood stream into your hair folicles
