It is good yes but I expected something different and was disappointed in that respect but it was a very good show all the same , the charcters are very well cast Im not usually a fan of Jake Gyllenhaal but he was perfect for this movie.

I haven't seen the new one but I have seen one that's old enough to be on the movie channels (i.e. Showtime, etc.). It was pretty good.
It's a true story and it's kinda weird.
I know this didn't answer your question but I'm awake again now and wanted to at least say something about the story! :)

Zodiac by David Fincher was great. It was a little long, but what movie isn't these days?

I thought it was a pretty good movie, and it really did a good job keeping you in suspense and guessing. The fact that it was based on true events is really creepy. I would say it's worth the watch.
