i have plenty of experience with horse. i have been the horse business for over 15 years! money really isn't an object when buying a horse that is worth it.

Very pretty - both the horse and the price!

I have to say, she looks beautiful in that picture- but nothing is going to tell you how good or bad she is unless you go see her yourself.

Bring along someone who is experienced in purchasing horses and a vet if possible. Ask to see the owner ride the horse, ask the experienced person you brought with you to ride the horse, and then ride the horse yourself.

Check to see how she picks up her feet and ask to groom her (brush, pick hooves, etc.). See how well other horses in the place are kept (if there are other horses). Make sure she's sound, fit and will work well with you.

It's no good buying a horse on looks alone- you should have one that "clicks" with you- it shouldn't fight against your lead when you're riding and you should know exactly what it's vices are (cobbing, kicking, etc.)

Like everyone said it's hard to judge by one picture but that first horse looks stunted and the wording to the adds is "off". What is he? Gaited? Quarter? What? I would never pay 2500 for a grade horse with the market the way it is right now!!

If, indeed, you've been in the "horse business for over 15 years", you surely must realize you can't buy a horse based upon a photo!

The horse is pretty, but pretty is as pretty does. If you can ride the horse, it is broke and finished well, and sound and healthy and not oo old then its worth it.

this horse has a gorgeous coat. it looks amazing. the price all really depends on how much u r going to ride the horse AND if can keep caring for it.
