Yes, that line is a classic, and such a racy thing given the times. Many people boycotted the movie all together because of the foul language believe it or not.
Anyway, my personal favorite line from a movie would have to be, "This is the happiest seisure of my life!" from 8 Crazy Nights.

The gone with the wind line is my favorite! I just watched that movie for the first time last month and thought the ending was rather dumb...but the line was great!

This one from American History X
"We're so hung up on this notion that we have some obligation to help the struggling black man, you know. Cut him some slack until he can overcome these historical injustices. It's crap. I mean, Christ, Lincoln freed the slaves, like, what? 130 years ago. How long does it take to get your act together?"
made a good point

Well I'm gonna to go then. And I don't need any of this. I don't need this stuff, and I don't need you. I don't need anything except this. And that's it and that's the only thing I need, is this. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray. And this paddle game, the ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need. And this remote control. The ashtray, the paddle game, and the remote control, and that's all I need. And these matches. The ashtray, and these matches, and the remote control and the paddle ball. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game and the remote control and the lamp and that's all I need. And that's all I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one - I need this. The paddle game, and the chair, and the remote control, and the matches, for sure. And this. And that's all I need. The ashtray, the remote control, the paddle game, this magazine and the chair. And I don't need one other thing, except my dog. I don't need my dog.

Shrek to Donkey in Shrek 2 in the dungeon scene.
Donkey is hanging upside down, saying, "They didn't read me my Miranda Rights. Nobody told me I have the right to remain silent!" And going on and on.
Shrek says, "You HAVE the right to remain silent, Donkey. What you lack is the capacity."
There were a whole bunch of quotes I enjoyed in that movie.
