Great question! Thanks! You ready for this... it's going to be long... sort of...

Actually, now that I think of it... there are 2 favorites...
My top has to be Pink Floyd down at the "shoe" (OSU Stadium).... because the sound was set up so terrific that when they did "Money" the clinging of the change rotated in the speakers.
Then there was the light show they had! One song in particular... goodness it was so long ago...

My other one is any of Wayne Watson's concerts. (He's a Contemporary Christian singer... my favorite!!) But especially the one after I had the honor & privilege of sitting down to do an interview with him. (It was for "extra credit" for my Broadcasting schooling.)

This happened in 1993 & I still am amazed I actually was able to talk to him! Now I am even more amazed at the fact he's on MySpace!! Looking so forward to his next concert here in Ohio!!

I wouldn't mind going to another Pink Floyd concert... if it wasn't for all the pot smokers!!! (Seriously!!)

Edit:
This just got me to thinking of other concerts... & this is a sad note... the one I will never forget, (I hope... if you know me, you'll understand why I say that! LOL), was when a friend & I went to see Chicago the day after my sweet 16th birthday. It was sad because on my birthday a friend from school who had committed suicide was buried. The concert was great, but my friend & I were still sad from the funeral!

Pigface "A New High In Low" at the House of Blues in Chicago. They opened with a song called "Kiss King," which starts off with a trance-like sitar, and the performers silouettes danced around behind a white screen. Illuminated from behind, they spraypainted the word "PIGFACE" on the white, which looked really cool, then of course, they burst through the white of the paper and exploded into song with a lot of percussion. The drums were splashed with water and multi-colored spotlights were positioned to make the splash with each hit look like a fireworks display. In the background was the word $h*t written really large with christmas lights. People danced across the stage with confetti, it was an insanely awesome show.

I was also excited to see David Byrne during his tour for "Look Into the Eyeball". He was very energetic, and his show was amazing, as you would expect from the star of the critically acclaimed film/concert "Stop Making Sense".

Well, I have 2 that were extraordinary. I saw Elvis in concert just weeks before he died. Physically he wasn't the same, but his voice was as strong and beautiful as ever. My second one was Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5 in the Thriller Tour. What a concert! Of course, this was before Michael became so controversial (nice word for weird).

Black Sabbath back in 1982.
Ian Gillan was with the band and they did Smoke on the Water for an encore.

I liked Toby Keith because he got the crowd going good in the Cotton Bowl 2 years ago.
