Los Suenos is not a town..................it is a real estate development in the little town of Playa Herradura outside of Jaco on the central pacific coast.
It is quite beautiful and has everything.
We just returned from a week there at the Marriott hotel on the grounds and at the condos on the golf course.
Met some people from N.C. who had bought about a year ago and they told us a two bedroom condo was going for about
$350,000. (but don't quote me) and there are units available.
I can only give you the rental companys info but I know there is a plethora of info on-line.
The whole coast is building up and beautiful.

Los Suenos is one of the first bigger real estate areas for luxury condos and homes in Costa Rica, located on the mid pacific. 1 hour 30 min from SJO. Most of them are sold, but they are constantly building new condos on this property and near by. lots of real estate agents offer these condos, check with century 21 and www.stayincostarica.com

Definately terminate your agent if she are not able to get it correct inside a good time interval, like 24 to forty eight hours. 7 days is just too lengthy so that you can need to wait. Talk to her dealer and ask to be published from the agreement. Many agents importance their repute extra then having an unsatisfied buyer who will unfold the dangerous information approximately their corporation.
