Is there a specific career that puts outfits together ((after being designed)) for photoshoots, fashion shows, etc.

what's it called?

I'm having a major career crisis here. I'm 17 and I'm just trying to find something that I'm good at and like and start working towards it.

You can be a stylist or a personal shopper. Both have a wide range of pay grades. You probably won't start out working a fashion show or photo shoot unless your an assistant or apprentice, and then you're not the one making the outfits. Keep looking into it!! Try to get involved with smaller fashion shows or even as a costume director for a school play. Or make a YouTube series where you show people what looks hot; take your friends and a video camera to the mall! Be diligent and mildly entertaining and you've got a good shot at being "discovered".
