When i plug in the POWER CORD to the back of my CASE the computer just turns on automatically without me pressing the ON button.

What coud be wrong with it?

Even if i disconnect the FRONT PANEL wires on the motherboard... it still does that.

Any idea why?

In the BIOS; you probably have the WAKE ON LAN, WAKE ON RING or WAKE ON IRQ request enabled.

Turn these off and try again. My Dad's machine had a new motherboard that defaulted to Wake on Ring, so everytime someone phoned them PC woke up. If wake on LAN / IRQ it can simply be a router seeing what's connected waking it up.

You probably experienced before, your computer crashed, then when you try to turn it off using the power button it wont turn off then you pulled the plug to turn it off. Now, when you try to turn it back on it automatically turns on, this is because the computer kinda remembered the last state. To turn off your computer press the power button and keep it pressed for about 10 seconds or until it turns off.

Does your computer beeps when it turns on? If there is no beep your problem could be that the processor or the board is busted
