Go to a convenience store and exchange the dollar into pennies. Then go and buy a chocolate bar under one dollar. Start counting the pennies but when you get to around 60-70 say "dude screw this" and ask to exchange it back into a dollar. Once you get the dollar put the chocolate bar back and buy something VERY cheap that gives you crap loads of coins back.
or instead just leave the store and the guy hanging (with chocolate bar on the counter)

I put it in my teeth and she rubs her breasts against my face, then takes the dollar by pinching it between them. That's about the funnest thing to do with a dollar. ;)

of course there's the classic "fishing string" taped to the dollar bill. (don't use a hook please) As people go by and try to grab it you pull it from far away and watch them try to catch it. lol, but also, if you go to a 99cent store or wal-mart maybe you will find something like a ball to play catch with your dog (that's pretty fun), or maybe buy a card game like "matching" or "go fish" that you can play with your kids. (even if you try it with adults it may turn out even funner!) good for an evening or afternoon at home.

the funniest thing i could think of was done on jack-***.... hook the dollar to a fishing pole and cast it out on public streets and watch all the bums and pedestians try to grab that elusive dollar as you reel it away from them, and if thats not funny enough see their faces when you reel them all the way in and see how stupid they feel to have fallen for that prank
