Last year I knew I weigh 130 but I progressively lost weight without any diet or exercise plan, cause was stress. My body frame is now petite instead of a medium or large, and I went from a size 7 in pants to a size 3 or 4.

I avoided to weigh myself until last week..............................

Yeah I guess for a height of 5 2 being 103 is considered underweight. It was shocking! Well, I knew I would weigh less but losing a whole 27 pounds off is too much considering there was no effort on my part and that it took less than a year. A good weight for a woman of 5 2 height is a minimum of 110.

Weighing 103 doesn't make me happy as it makes me fall into the underweight category. There's nothing spectacular in seeing yourself as flat chested were once u had bigger boobs. size C 38 down to a size B 34. I loved my "natural" curves and now I have to satisfy my looks by seeing a flat stomach and more delicate frame.

I didn't gain this weight loss by exercise, so my muscles are nonexistant. I am now tacking multivitamins and will start to do weights, eat more, and hopefully when I dare see my weight again it'll be my target weight of 110.

I have an issue with the scale. If I see the number, I get obsessed with it. Like I will stop eating and things like that. So I don't own one, I won't have one in my house. The only time that I'm weighed is in the doctor's office. I ask that they not tell me. Sometimes though, I just can't help it. It's been a couple of months since I was weighed. I sent my spouse into the examining room so that he couldn't see it. LOL!!! I freaked out. I think the scales are off. I know they are. On one side of the office they are ten pounds lighter than on the other side. I wonder if I can start requesting being weighed on the good scales. That would be the best!!!

I weigh myself once a week on a sunday night. Dont really know why because I am very happy with what it says. A doctor said once it is much better to catch weight gain early than to jump on the scales a year later and see that you have gained a heap of weight.

about 2 months ago and was not too happy. Have dieted and exercised hard since and lost 2 notches on my belt.
Not ready to weigh again yet but I am already happy with the results..... which is at least 15-18 pounds... :-)

I weighed my self this morning at the doctors. I thought my weight was perfect(I'm 5"4), 75 pounds, but they wanted it at 90 lbs. A year ago, I was 50 lbs. I'm not anerexic.

At my doctors office before I fractured my ankle. One of the few perks about a fractured ankle, you don't have to weigh in at the doctors. No I wasn't happy about the number.
