There is no impediment in marrying ex-husband if their marriage was dissolved by decree of divorce & not by decree of annulment. In the former case there is no legal impediment in the remarriage but in the latter case since it was dissolution by annulment there may be legal impediments involved which were because of infringement of the legal conditions required for marriage between them & these have to be checked again. Even morally & socially there is nothing wrong in their getting married again after the dissolution of marriage.

Certain communities do not allow a divorcee to marry her ex-husband immediately. She should marry someone else, and if the marriage ends in a divorce or her husband expires, she can re-marry her first divorced husband.

Couples do it all the time. My cousin divorced his wife and just a couple of years later they married each other again. It happens. Not as often as people may think. I bet everyone knows or has heard of at least one couple who divorced and married each other again. My grandmother actually married the same man twice after divorcing him once. Weird...but true.

Usually it depends on the situation. If no kids are involved, probably not. When the couple has kids, they might try again. My parents divorced when I was about 4, and then remarried when I was 6. Although they did divorce again when I was 13.

I wouldnt marry my ex husband again you'd have to strangle tie me down and put something in my drink so I was out of it before I'd do it.Then when I came round they'd hafta make sure I was in a room I couldnt get out of.

not in all cases, but in some yes. A customer of mine comes in on Saturday to lottery tickets and she just married her husband for the third time. Two divorces from him and she's done it again.

Happens every day.... I'm not sure that it works any better the second time around.... it seems like most people forget about all the bad things that happened in time and only remember the good things.....until the bad things start happening again that is.
