Are there places to do that?

YOU can do that!! You don't even need a sewing machine, but it makes the work go faster. First, find shirt of your own that is of the same or similar fabric and has the cut you want the guy shirt to be. Lay your shirt on top of the guy shirt so that the shoulders and neck line up. Trace the outline of your shirt onto the guy shirt, being careful not to go over any image you want to keep on the shirt. Remove your shirt and cut on the line you just drew. Turn the guy shirt inside out and stitch the sides together using either a sewing machine or a whip stitch. The sleeves have two roads they can go. If you cut them all the way down, they will end up being 3/4 of henly length on you. Or you can cut them at the shoulder seam for a cute cap sleeve. I can send you a photo step by step if you need it. I do this with my husband's old shirts all the time. There's also a "no sew" method where you tie the sides together with several knots. You need a buddy for that one though.

1] wear it over a cami, and tie it up in a knot on one hip.
2] take it to a tailor.
