why dont they post good statistics and tell us the truth?

The media is telling the truth:
Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis dead
Almost 4000 American soldiers dead.
2 million Iraqi refugees--and many more continuing to flee.
All but non-existant electricty and water services
Most schools closed for years--a whole generation being lst
A government on the verge of collapse and totally ineffectual
Now, just what "truth" in that do you think is going to make Bush's poointless bloodbath look "good?"

Like all the Americans who DIDN'T die today? Or that some Iraqi's made it to work without getting killed or kidnapped? Or that parts of Baghdad actually got THREE HOURS of Electricity today- for the FIRST time this week??! ...It's not the Media that "makes war look bad", it's that war IS bad... -ESPECIALLY when there's no end in sight... And people will CONTINUE to die because of it- indefinately. :(

Because most in the media are liberals who simply hate Bush, so they make the war look as though it is going badly...with no positive news.

There is a channel for the mentally challenged
you might like it its called fox. Its really cool they even tell you when terrorist are gonna get you. they put a little red bar on the bottom of the screen and says when your in danger......Oh wait my bad that was before the war.

Truthfully how much does the media look good? Think about it the majority of the news has to do with violence and then you have the weather. Negativity sells.
