search for silverware, set a table, take drink orders, fight the server crowd to fill the drinks, try not to slip on the slippery floor, bring the drinks, serve them, take food orders, wait in line for a computer, put into the computer, get the salads and refill dressings cuz the server who is supposed to do it didnt, get soup, look for spoons and silverware cuz we are usually out (they run to the dollar store for more), serve the soup/salad, get more drinks, put the food orders in, clear the soup/salad plates, scrape and sort them when the coast is clear at the dish area...holding and balancing them while waiting my turn, pour hot sauces, make sure the food order is correct, argue w/the cooks if necessary if they blow me off when they goof (we all goof but i gotta get this out FAST, ya know? i have many more customers needing all kinds of things) to be sure the customer gets what they want, bring the heavy plates of hot food and plates of sauces, get more drinks, bring fingerbowls and extra napkins, get more stuff they decided they also want, take back things they dont want, have the food redone, argue w/the cooks again if necessary, clear the plates, carry to the kitchen, scrape, sort all dishes, silverware, glassware, bowls, etc while being pushed out of the way by other servers trying to do the same thing quickly, take dessert orders, make sundaes but first looking for bowls, plates and silverware because the restaurant doesnt have enough, carry it out to them, bring coffee, ck to see if they like it, pour more coffee, carry it away, sort again, search for a manager to adjust bill for coupons, print check, bring to customer, make change out of our pockets but have to wait for a bartender to break 20s etc, bring change, clear and clean table sorting again, find more silverware (good luck) and napkins to reset table for the next one. and they leave a buck. thats what i do for a buck 5 days a week for hours on end. those who tip fairly THANK YOU! the others who are ingrates, well...

Nothing...becoz do you know what my Sheikh said? He said one dollar is worth the wing of a MOSQUITO!!!LOL! I burst out laughing when our teacher told us what he said and got in trouble but i asked,"So basically money is worth nothing in this world if you want to go to Paradise?" She answered with a gentle smile,"Yes Jameela. You are learning." But the point is, love if you things in this world and you wont get to even see the wonders in the next!!!

I'd jump out of a burning building, into a pool, get out, take my clothes off, and run naked onto incoming traffic, and wave the dollar at them! :P
