To be honest, Most anime producers don't allow their stuff to be on other website without their consent. Unless its a free or beginner anime. Example --> Coyboy Bepop and Naruto artist sell their creations, not exploit them online for free. It's basically stealing, like getting free mp3

It is legite i think. It says it is an affiliate website, and since you have to earn points on the site to actually be able to order the anime its not really free.
They probably made a deal with the publisher of the anime and have become affiliates of them in exchange for a certain percent of profits.
I would just dish out some cash and get the real thing or use Limewire,
but if you really must use that site, u might be ok

Most likely not. You shouldn't enter in your personal information. There are other places you can buy/get anime without the risk.
