NOW--I'm ready, so are all my friends and family. They are disgusted with our government and the Bush administration. They come from all walks of life and politically persuasions and they say that they've never seen anything like what's going on right now.

Someone start a website--to send the message--tell them to turn this stuff around or--the people will change it. No one in Washington seems to understand the disgust and frustration that is out here right now.

We should at least call for special elections--new administration, new congress, and then they appoint new judges. Oh yes, and no one can have a monopoly on the media in this country--Gannett goes, Rupert Murdoch goes. Did I leave anything out?

What are we waiting for, let's do it.

Cheer up. Congress voted themselves a $15,000 a month retirement even if you only serve one term. That comes out to about the same they take, and I mean take, in salary. They voted themselves a $5000 a year pay raise every year for the last two or three years. What we need is a National Referendum on term limits. One in the Senate and two in the House. No big retirements. After their term is up here's a check for 50k thanks for your service. The only national office they should be allowed to run for after that is President. Please don't give me the crap that we would then have to get rid of the good ones. The bad out weighs the good. We have fat assed Senators that have been there nearly 50 years. This is not what the Framers had in mind I believe when they wanted citizens statesmen. There should be no such thing as a career politician. It's like a legal Mafia. Only at least there is some honor in the Mafia.

Many of us have been. Conservatives ignore all real problems, blaming the negative effects on immigrants, homosexuals, and anti-Christian sentiments. Liberals just keep saying the Conservatives are stupid.
Two party politics is ridiculous. It creates a popularity contest where the needs of the people come second to victory and humiliation of the opposing side.
It's time people stopped ignoring things and stood up for our rights before we have none left at all.
We're supposed to be free, remember?

I'm sorry--I have to play a video game for six hours, then watch all the latest news about Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, then IM all my friends about my new boots, then wash my hair and put three kinds of products on it, then worry about whether I'll get old some day, then try to talk my dad into getting me a Beemer. In other words, I have VERY important things to do and so I can't be bothered with what's going on in the world around me. Pleeeze.

When we realize this nation is for the people, by the people and not ran by politicians. Stop being so damned afraid of them, they are merely public servants, not kings nor masters.

If you hate career politicians, get organized and get one of your friends or neighbors to run for president. Want something done right, do it your self.

We have said "enough". When will our elected officials listen and do what's good for the country and not what's good for their career or power?

When the Republicans and Democrats stop being the only parties to rule.

Both have flipped-flopped and I do NOT trust either.

There are other parties.
