Poll: How many hours in your lifetime do you spend changing the toilet paper roll?

WHY IN THE WORLD...Do we keep hanging it up...just sit the roll on the back of the tank and be done with it!!!!

it think it's 60 hrs. Because assume it takes us only 1 minute to change the roll and we change it once a week. An average human can live from 70 - 85 years (i think). So in 85 years we will change the roll about 4420 times. Each time takes 1 minute then 4420 times takes 4420 minute. That's about 73 hrs. It's closed to 60 hrs.

I don't hang it up ever I hate that.
It's faster to just take the roll in the palm of your hand do i get an amen. The other way takes too much time and the less time i spend in the john the better.

I can guarantee that for me, it is none of the above. I never replace the roll, I just set it on top of the holder. I don't like rolling out the toilet paper that way.

I do set it on the back of the tank. Apparently everyone in the family expects that someone else will deal with it. I've teased that the Spindle Fairy doesn't hang paper unless she gets a bowl of milk.

Since I started wiping with the shower curtain, I never have to change the toilet paper roll any more!

d most definitely... I have 6 people in my home and I've given up. I just stick the whole dang package next to the toilet and let them go crazy.

Tp dispensers are way more complicated then they have to be. If it were a U hook you could just place it on the hook and not have to line up the expanding roller in the arms.

I use newspaper. Than I use the newspaper to line the bottom of my birds cage. Waste not want not is my motto.
