So yeah. I sent someone an email that I HAVVVEEE to erase before they see it. Or else........I'm dead. Is it even remotely possible to cancel and email even after it says it's been sent? If not, whhat is the best way to figure out someones email password? I would be so so so eternally greatful if anyone can help me.

NOPE, you can't. Sorry.

It's no longer on "your" machine so out of your control.

On a brighter note, any requests for songs at your funeral ?

There are many services that let you retract emails, a number of which, I believe were on Yahoo! tech, so all you'll need to do is search Yahoo! for the different services, most of which are free. You can't retract the email if someone has already read it, however.
