You are the only one that can create this budget for yourself, as you know your area and the life style that you are hoping to live. As for the car payments, contact a lender, provide the sale price of the car & see what they can offer in monthly payments. (The advice not to purchase the vehicle together if you are not married is sound advice. I would suggest thinking that over.)
As for other expenses, how much do each of you drive every month? What is the cost of gas in your area? My husband & I spend almost $400 a month on gas between the two of us & we both drive around 11,000 miles a year (each). Food is also relative. When I first moved out on my own, I spent only $200 or less on food for one person per month. But I was also a vegetarian (and meat is expensive) and shopped only for items on sale. We now spend around $400 - $500 per month, depending on what we buy. How about utilities? Will you pay for electric, water, sewer, gas, trash? Costs vary by area & in the case of electricity & natural gas, by climate. If you've never paid utility bills in your area, talk to your parents or someone else with a similar sized home in the area & see what their expenses are. Don't forget phone, cell phones, internet access, cable, etc. Then there's car insurance, homeowners or renters insurance, health insurance (if not covered by your job). And if you're purchasing the condo, there will be HOA dues in addition to the mortgage.
Other things that are often not considered are the cost of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, laundry money of you don't have a washer/dryer, etc. Add in the money you spend on going out once or twice a month, some money set aside for possible car repairs, money for birthday gifts or other unexpected events and pretty soon, you'll have a realistic budget. good luck!

No one can possibly answer that question based on the information you've provided.
And if you have no more info to go on that what you've listed here, then you're going to find life on your own to be a real slap in the face.
Educate yourself about these things! You don't know what your car payment is? Have you ever looked at the local real estate prices for condos? Or used the online calculators to get estimates on the payments?
Your car payment and mortgage payments are going to vary widely on what you buy, where you buy it, AND your credit history. There's no way anyone here can answer your question because of this.
Seriously, you need to get a grip on reality. Do some research and make a budget.

It's good that you are checking into what the costs will be. However, there are so many variables that no one here is going to be able to help.
DO NOT co-sign a car loan with this boyfriend. Only bad things come of co-signing a loan with someone you are not legally married to.

It really depends on where you live. But where I live (Silver Spring, MD) I would estimate for two people to go over $2500/month for the above expenses.
