I stand corrected- from the second poster's link, it appears Romulan spies have travelled backwards in time and brought 8GB chips with them. It's the only logical explanation! :)

Actually for servers, yes there is, it is still DDR2 240pin but it is designed for specific servers only, and not cheap to say the least, the average stick runs around $2500.00. Here is a link to prove the existence: https://www.serversupply.com/products/part_search/query.asp?q=408854-B21&pw=Y
